How registration works
- Book a free assessment. Choose your preferred centre and day, and we will identify your child’s strengths and gaps.
- Choose your centre and subjects. Our classes run on Saturdays in Hounslow (9:30am–1:30pm) and Slough (2:30pm–6:30pm), and on Sundays in Greenford (9:30am–1:30pm) and Hayes/Southall (2:30pm–6:30pm).
- Complete the enrolment form. We ask for your child’s name, year group and school; the parent or guardian’s name, address, contact numbers and email; an emergency contact; recent working grades with a short note; any medical conditions, allergies or special requests; the subjects you would like; your payment plan; and a signature.
- Pay according to your plan. See the payment plans below.

Fees at a glance
- Primary, Years 1–6: £120 per month (two subjects)
- Secondary, Years 7–9: £160 per month (two subjects)
- GCSE, Years 10–11: £200 per month (two subjects)
- 11+ preparation: £200 per month
- 11+ application support: £150 for up to two school applications per child

Payment plans
- Termly: 12 weeks paid upfront, with one session free.
- Monthly: 4 weeks paid upfront. If a month has five weekends, it is charged accordingly.
Resources fee
We charge a mandatory, one-off annual resources fee of £40 per student, to cover the costs of the resources provided throughout the academic year. It is non-refundable.
Changing subject or leaving
If you would like to change your child’s subject or leave the tuition centre, please give four weeks’ notice to the centre manager, with the relevant reason.
Missed lessons
Please let the centre manager know about any lessons your child will miss. Missed lessons are charged, but you can choose to cover a missed lesson at one of our other centres to avoid the charge.

Do I have to book an assessment before enrolling?
We recommend it. The free assessment shows where your child is and helps us place them in the right group. You can then complete the enrolment form.
Which payment plan should I choose?
Termly payment gives one session free across 12 weeks. Monthly spreads the cost over four-week periods. Choose whichever suits your family’s budget.
What happens to the information I submit?
We use it to arrange your child’s place and to contact you. Please see our privacy policy for details.
